The sweetness comes from the fruit and the chocolate; freeze-drying adds no sugar. Calories, sugar, fat, and protein per 30 g serving vary by coating (dark differs from white), so we publish the full nutrition panel on each product page rather than a single number here. We do not make health claims; the label speaks for itself.
3. Allergens
Please read the pack before you eat, especially the cookie flavour:
- Most bites contain milk.
- Some may contain tree nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios).
- The chocolate cookie flavour contains biscuit.
4. Not organic, not vegan, not dairy-free
To be clear: Ferutz is not certified organic, and the chocolate is made with real dairy, so the bites are not vegan or dairy-free. A dairy-free bite is on the wish list, but it does not exist yet.
