1. What is in a bite
A freeze-dried whole strawberry or raspberry, real chocolate, and food-grade glazing agents that give the coating its shine. Nothing artificial. The exact ingredient list for each flavour is printed on its product page.
2. Nutrition
The sweetness comes from the fruit and the chocolate; freeze-drying adds no sugar. Calories, sugar, fat, and protein per 30 g serving vary by coating (dark differs from white), so we publish the full nutrition panel on each product page rather than a single number here. We do not make health claims; the label speaks for itself.
3. Allergens
Please read the pack before you eat, especially the cookie flavour:
- Most bites contain milk.
- Some may contain tree nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios).
- The chocolate cookie flavour contains biscuit.
4. Not organic, not vegan, not dairy-free
To be clear: Ferutz is not certified organic, and the chocolate is made with real dairy, so the bites are not vegan or dairy-free. A dairy-free bite is on the wish list, but it does not exist yet.
5. Certifications
The line is produced to recognised food-safety and dietary standards: FDA Registered, CFIA Approved, FSSC 22000, Halal certified, and Kosher certified.
