How we make it

Is the fruit really whole?
Yes. A whole strawberry or raspberry goes into every piece. No paste, no bits, no shortcuts.
What is under the chocolate?
Freeze-dried whole fruit, dried until it crunches. The full ingredient list lives on every product page.
What makes Ferutz different?
Whole fruit, never paste or pieces. Freeze-dried for real crunch, then wrapped in real chocolate. That is the whole idea.
Are Ferutz a healthy snack?
Real fruit and real chocolate, nothing artificial. Full nutrition, sugar included, sits on every product page so you can decide.
What allergens should I know about?
Most bites contain milk, some may contain tree nuts, and the cookie flavour uses biscuit. Each product page lists the full allergen advisory.
Is Ferutz vegan or dairy-free?
Not yet. The chocolate is made with real dairy. A dairy-free bite is on the wish list.
Do they need refrigeration?
No fridge needed. A sealed bag keeps for about 18 months. Once open, reseal and eat within a few days for the best crunch.
Where is Ferutz made?
Made in Turkey, imported by Chef Ceber and run from Maple, Ontario.
Where can I buy a bag?
Right here. Every flavour ships across Canada from this site, usually packed within 2 business days. Ferutz is also rolling onto shelves, so ask your local shop for it, and if they do not carry it yet, point them at our wholesale page and we will take it from there.
